How are you going to tell if they are locking? They lock from vibration backing them off, not from you being able to take them off. I just use grade 8 bolts, nuts and lock washers on my exhaust.. Never lost a bolt.

ive had nuts and bolts on my exhaust loosen with lock washers.
probably from hitting stuff/ doing manly stuff.
its not a big deal, but if you can get something better, might as well. yaknow?

Yeah I know what you mean, I was actually looking at those washers you posted. Ive just never had a problem with losing a bolt, when I do I will probably step up to something that works better.

Stover Self Locking Nuts deformed nuts up to 36mm

mcmaster car sells nuts predrilled for safety wire, and nordlock washers. but no way am i looking through all of that shit haha

Hah I was gonna say, if you are that determined, drill and saftey wire like 2 pc brake rotors
