Who has a leak down tester? I need to find out why I'm low on cyl #3 so I can find out how to fix it.

^ piston ring sucka! If your hg was bad you'd more likely see two low numbers in adjacent cylinders.
Ninja Edit: Try adding a cap full of oil to the low cylinder and see if the number increases.
