Hammer them out, then go rent a ball joint press from advance auto parts. Or you can buy one for like 40$ from harbor freight.

I've tried using a ball joint fork and it dosnt work.
The press should do both pressing out and pressing the new ones in. Bur I just like hitting things with a hammer.

damn i cant really find anything on front lower ball joint everything i find is all about the rear ball joints..but i quess ill just rent a damn ball joint press to get it done and over with

tried out the new Nexen N3000's for the front.. weren't completely terrible after getting them warm, but they still have oodles-of understeer.. compensated w/ ebrake.. NEW free tires.. go figure.. saving up for a pair of Kuhmo XS's before the FARA homestead demo in september.
