doing every pannel in fiberglass? weight to HP?
You're looking at about 0.1s per hundred pounds in the quarter mile. Besides removing the bumper beams, the heaviest parts are the doors, hood, and hatch (if you have one). All of these parts already exist in carbon. A carbon hatch is flimsy, and I wouldn't use carbon doors without a cage and serious door bars.
I lost 20 lbs by removing the stock springs/struts and adding JIC FLT-A1's.

hit up google and find out what the weight difference is between steel and fiberglass and carbon and whatever else you can think of. then you'll be able to figure how much weight you would loose and then do the math to get you your new hp to weight ratio. The problem is if you make the panel really lightweight, you'll have to add supports and what not, you might find that it is a wash in the end.
Yes I know Sandy Trogdor did 190mph or some crazy number when it was Enthalpy's car,but the whole making every panel out of fiberglass is fucked.
