doing every pannel in fiberglass? weight to HP?

just take all the panels off and don't replace them with anything. cut the quarters off, take the hatch, fender,s bumper, doors, and just put a cage and harnesses in the car. driving with no doors/ front end is fun. the car handles like its a completely different car.

I am going to do a carbon fiber hood and redo my body kit in carbon fiber. I guess it isnt going to make that much difffrence from what every one is saying. My engine jonas, is not going to be done for a while. Im in no race to sacrafice quality of parts just to get my engine done. I am paying alot of bills right now so I do not have the money to do my dream build of my ka right now away. I also got scammed out of $15,000 if u didn't catch that thread so times are slow right now. Im trying to do things to keep me pre occupied on my car since I love working on it. Fiberglass is free and the resin is for me so I thought if it was going to help my speed in a noticible way it would give me a project right now to work on. whats up norachel? u ask a question and haters flock to the thread. u will hear shortley about a 750hp ka. it will be a white hatchback with a black top, bradenton area. cryo spray in the front intercooler. bottle in the window.

i remember i put an indash 7in monitor/dvd player in my old car (maybe a couple ounces heavier than a standard cd player), and i got ragged on so bad saying "that is un needed weight" this is coming from people with ac ps stereo big heavy rims etc. i always lmao at them, i told them to make sure to take a shit and throw up any food in their stomache before they raced anyone

lmao lol, if only we had antigravity technology. we could use it to make the motor mounts hover the engine so theirs no weight on the chassis...HMMmhmhmh one too many bong rips sorry...

carbon fiber parts from a mold are a pain if you are going for the cosmetic look, you would need epoxy resin w/ low viscosity, vacuum pump for infusion along with all the fittings and vacuum bag, sprial wrap, etc.

your weight savings will not be significant between cf and glass for such a thin laminate

plus, cf is soo overpriced now that Boeing bought out almost all suppliers, best price I have right now is $55/yd.

unless you are doing a cf part and then painting it a solid color, than its like glassing
