Yep, that is what I have used in the past.

 

I used the spray tint without clear coat and it was almost gone within 4 months.

 

just be baller and get some crylon and go to town, dont stop until they are pitch black....like when you hit the brakes no light shines through, datz mad tyte JDM-ownag3...

or at least thats how they do it at the sonics on hillsborough

 

i've done alot of them the most recent one's where for a scion. i use PPG paint with 2 coats of paint. they where clear ricey lookin led's. this what they look like when i was done.

dont have any pics.. i paint cars at a bodyshop so i just grabbed some black and mixed half and half with dbc 500 and sprayed em..
