If you call them up and just ask for spray tint, any good hobby shop will know what you mean. And they all usually carry it.

The VHT spray works well IF you properly prep the surface.
Additionally, the only clear I've used with any success is Plasti-cote wheel clear. It likes to be laid on kinda thick.
