That's what I thought. Water has a lower boiling point so that's why it left you in the form of steam. Again, for safety reasons and to not lose your coolant, use the bleeder screw 1st.
To pressurize the coolant system, buy a kit at your local parts store. It's a set of PVC adaptors for your garden hose. Too easy. Not sure how much it'll cost if you bring it to a shop.
Finally, once you have everything nailed down, add a bottle of water wetter to that 90/10 mix of yours. Do it.

water pump is most likely dieing..that happened to me, i replaced everything u mentioned until i found out that the water pump was intermently stopping and not circulating
