I was thinking about swapping a 300zx twin turbo motor into a non turbo, does it just drop in or would I have to do anything to it it. The motor I'm looking to get comes with motor, tranny, ecu, and wiring and I have a fmic. I've never done a swap like this, so I wouldn't know if it drops in with no problems or wiring issues. Or else would anyone know of a place that would do the swap for me with my own engine under 1000.00 cause I know alot of places require you to buy their engines. Please if anyone knows, help me out.

Oh boy the age old noob post! Ok, so as its been said; no its not a direct swap, no its not going to be under a thousand dollars and no its not worth while unless you are sextremely attatched to the car. In all honesty you are looking at $5K+ for the complete swap. If you are still interested I suggest you visit www.twinturbo.net and use the search feature..heh.
