Should do more than 280 wheel, I've had more with less primo stuff. Wouldn't sell yourself short just yet...I think you're going to be pleasantly surprised.

I hope so! But I'm kinda low balling power figures, I have no clue how much this thing is going to make on 18psi. I would be very happy if its around 300hp/300tq, but this is the first time I've messed with any of this stuff.

^ you'll def. be over 300hp with a s15 turbo on 18psi. Especially with a fresh sr. Do you have a tubular manifold?

Then you will be fighting against wheel spin instead of not even having to think about it.

Once it's all broken in, you'll have a better idea. You all know about the "magic" t-25 I had (waiting for RoadRacer to chime in here) that made 278 rwhp (iirc). You're going to do a lot more, I'm sure.

Nope stock S13SR manifold unless I can find an S14/S15 OEM one since they have much larger runners. I'm keeping it OEM mostly so I could run an S15 EX gasket and I don't want to worry about cracks. I know the S13 stock manifold is going to hold it back a little bit, as well as the S14 SR only have a 50mil throttle body.

I'll be stoked if this thing makes 315hp once I get cams in it. Is patrick still on that T25 or did he finally go bigger?

Wheel spin is going to be interesting, I dont think I'll have a ton of it but I'm sure it will be present.

The things I really want by this summer are a 4.36 F/D and an Exedy 14lb flywheel.

He went bigger, sold the turbo. I think that turbo finally died at the hands of Hotcakes007. That thing was epic.

With that flywheel, she'll rev like a carb'd car. Hope you like response. Had the same flywheel on my last SR and loved it. Wish I remembered what clutch I had, I wouldn't recommend it as it was too stiff for daily driving.

Thats what I'm looking for, I want a street flywheel. Exedy is the heaviest aftermarket one (14lbs) that I know of and I think its a good balance, I hate really light 10lb type flywheels.

The coppermix clutch I have is a full face organic disk with a light pp but the disk is not sprung. So it will be a pretty light pedal but its going to be a little snappish. Its going to take some getting used to but what ever I got it for an awesome price and its rated for 350+ tq.

You've done your research, sounds like you've got a winner on your hands. I'm sure you'll be really happy with the result.

FYI, you should park by the rhd Prelude, less opportunity for door dings.

Thanks, I've been waiting 5 years to do a motor build, and I've been working on this one for about 6 months now. I'm building it to last so as long as I don't screw anything up putting it together it should do just that.

Haha I make fun of him everyday for parking there and taking up two spots, I grew up with him and his brother (black prelude on rc starks) I park over there after I go to lunch most days.
