No its not going to be a track car it will be a dd, i mean it will see the track a few times i can bet you that but for the most part it will be street driven. Where can i find manis at like shoot me some websites?
because a hatch with 250hp runs the same 1/4 mi times (assuming both cars are fwd). i'm not knocking either brand of car i'm just saying anything will run when built properly. in my experiences though, my honda has been more reliable than my mitsu, not that i like either of the two more you just have to pick ur poison. and for the record a boost gsr will make 375whp reliably on stock internals.

^ Understood the GSR will be reliable at that hp, my point was how much time and money it would take just to get the DOHC VTECs to get up to 375. All it takes a 4G63 to get to that number is a 16G turbo, slight fuel mods, and some tuning.

lol it takes the same time and money with the gsr, a 50 or 60 trim turbo, $100 cast turbo manifold, 550cc injectors, walbro 255, fmic, and tuning. it makes 375 at less boost than a 4g63 would also. the 4g63 has its advantages when it comes to boost but its not in the arena of making 300-400 on stock internals. Now when you want to step into the realm of making over 600hp it is much cheaper to make the 4g63 get there as it is turbo ready block from the factory, the gsr block...ehhh not so much....

Wait did u just say that the 4G63 engine is not in the arena of making 300-400hp on stock internals becuz I have seen 500 stock pistons and rods, well 1G big rods, but still stock. Or were u talkin bout the GSR? I'm thinking the GSR right? All in all, I would rather put my money into a 4G63 build anyday versus a honda engine, don't get me wrong, VTEC is sick, but torque, ehhh....

No I'm saying that in the 300-400hp range the 4g63 doesn't shine against the gsr its when making bigger hp that 4g shines.

and yeah well more hp is always GOOD. That's why I'm shooting for 700hp in my talon, but not with the motor that's going in it right now, its stock internals, we only push that one to like 475 street driven. Imma build another one on the side for the 700hp goal.
