Jumped Timing?
allright, so i got gas the other night and the moment i started my car it was missing and bogging down, cant drive it hardly. well, i was wandering if it did jump the timing, could it have been bc i just had a shop do altenator belt and power steering belt along with a new harmonic balancer? Could they have done something wrong for it to jump timing a couple hours later, like leave some bolts loose. They actaully left some bolts loose on my belts and they squeked like a mother. so what do you guys think

If thats all they did, there is no reason to touch the timing belt. Or even remove the timing cover. First see if there is any slack in the timing belt. Remove the cam gears cover and pull the mpi fuse, have someone turn the car over and watch to see if there is any play in the belt while it cranks, if there is you will see it. If not, check timing, and list your mods.
