timing belt jumped a tooth??

what kind of damage can this cause?? replaced the belt. since that happened now when vtc turns over there is no power. you dont feel it gain any speed. replaced wires and plugs. also when the swap was first put in the car had only 1 gallon of antifreeze. while one of the test runs the car got hot and hit the redline for a about a minute. replaced vtec solenoid. if you unplug the vtec solenoid the car runs fine. if you get on the car and shift quick thorugh the gears the car jerks and hesitates before it goes. no CEl lights at all. anyone have any ideas????
i would definetley bring it back up on TDC and check the witness mark on the vrank and see if the dots on your camgears are level, ussually if a car gets really loud but doesnt go anywhere fast, its out of timing.
