Get your car breating good first (intake Exhaust) then do fuel (ie 550's or bigger depending on what you want) get all your gauges (boost, egt, A/F... etc) by then you should be maxing out the full power of your t25 then and only then you should upgrade your turbo. do it right dont just through on a bigger turbo and go. Also once you get the bigger turbo your gonna need a inter cooler and piping... etc so you have a long way to go before you should upgrade your turbo.

You do not need stronger anything to run a FP green to it's full potential. The FP is the perfect turbo for a 6bolt motor in stock form. FP greens have gone 125mph with stock cams, which is about what people are seeing with the "all so awesome SCM61 turbos"(makes jerking motion). If you don't know what your doing then stick with a 16g or even if you do know what you are doing. A 50trim turbo is something not to mess with lightly. Note the video of the 2g gsx blowing its motor because he decided to throw on a fp green without suporting mods.
BTW stock 4g63 heads have seen 8500rpms with 272/272 cams in them plenty of times with no problems. No need to upgrade them unless your going 414s or over 8500rpms imo.
