Ran into a snag with my ignition setup. Seems i have to work around the trailing coil, and run tach feed from leading coil. That means i need to verify that the SAFC is reading r.p.m from leading (which it currently is NOT) as well as tach in the dash. Then i need to make sure the car still functions properly after getting away from the trailing coil. Should be a fun weekend worth of electrical drama.... While im at it im also going to fix my horn

No nothing wrong with what james wired up. I just ont like the factory tach pick up on the trailing coil. When i wire in the 2 step it will cut the power to the coils. which means that it will cut the r.p.m on the factory tach and the safc. which in turn means that while i have 2 step engaged... i have no tune.... which is not good while under boost. So im re wiring the safc r.p.m lead to the 6al box and the stock tach to. that way i dont have to worry about cutting power to the trailing and fucking everything up. Should be fun. Itll still be slow tho... till i give you the stock turbo and injectors and finally step up to what ive been prepping for.

Well the clutch and flywheel package finally showed up. It was nice of them to not give me a tracking order and then have a sign on delivery shipping policy to make sure someone was home. Good thing there were people at the shop or i wouldve had to go to waters again to get my parts...

just a regular stage 3 clutch. Nothing fancy like last time. Did end up getting a lighter flywheel tho.. but only a lil lighter. Last one was 8.8 this one is 8.5. I have a feeling that the reason the last setup failed was cuz the great deal i got on a used flywheel wasnt the right flywheel. no dowel pins. Looked very shady when i figured out how everything attached, but i figured what the hell. if it goes ill just get another one. Well here i am, with another one. BTW, who wants an 8.8 pound flywheel for their FC?
