if you are not a master fabricator then u surely will be paying someone out the ass to do a sr swap.. so if u got money like that then u might as well drop in a 20b
i dont think anyone will have mixed emotions for that swap.

20B motors cost alot. I can hold my own on fabricating. this isnt the first custom job i've done... I work mainly with hyundai's, but i'm sure i can manage. Everyone I tell suggests i go with the 13BT.

Have you thought about an RE swap? Banzai racing makes bolt in motor mounts for the RE/FC's. You can keep the twin turbos, although they will have to run together as a haltech or equal cannot control them. That will get you up to aruond 260rwhp with some extra boost, a big fmic and a computer ofcourse.
i did think about the cosmo. but i decided against that due to the money involved. I think i may do some more looking for an S5 13BT. i dont want to deal with the S4 13BT swap ordeal.

if you going to do a 13bt swap, do it right or dont do it at all! start by reading RX-7 Owners Club - powered by vBulletin and FC3S Pro v2.0 - 2nd Generation RX-7 Turbo Specialists!
yeah, it's best just to stay within your own series, s5 +s5 etc. It's not even a bother to do the swap, it's actually lots of fun from all the ones I've done. Ya start off with a slow non-turbo, and end up with a flat 14second car right off the bat, it's enough to beat the ol' $28k rx8's which is always fun to do
