normally when you stroke a motor you dont have to rev so high specially ls

 

vtec head louie say it with me , pick one up you'll thank me , u can use your intake manifold on it b16's and ls's only like 4 of the bolt don't line up and your flange is big enough just lay a gasket over it and mark the holes and drill them

the vtec head will be more reliable
pivot ball follower rocker arms (ls) < rocker on shaft (vtec)
and with all that work louie has done to the bottom that bitch should be bullet proof
the only reason u can't spin a stock ls bottom is the tiny ass rod bolts
