cv joints keep getting destroyed 1992 ls....????

does your shit look like this cv?


ALSO make sure 100 percent you are getting the correct axle. if it is to short will cause it to bind up and snap when u try to turn.

when my shit busted it was the passenger side doing exactly what you are saying and it was a 92-93 tranny as well. i got the car "as is saying all it had was a busted cv" it took 3 days to figure out the tranny died.
forgot this is how u test...... jack front of car up. try to drive like normal. watch for driver side tire to spin. NO SPIN = BYE BYE TRANNY.

when your cv crapped out for the first time what were you doing? i blew a diff aggresivly pulling into traffic once. i made it like 10 feet and bye bye.


also, before the cv broke was it clicking at all?

yes my cv joinmt looks just like the one above both of them.... the cv joint wasnt clicking at all its my driver side thats breaking... i was down shifting and i did jack thh front end up the driver side spun but as soon as i started to put her under pressure "second gear medium acceleration it blew apart like that picture above... thanks every 1
