I checked thoroughly and there is no ground attached to my thermostat (or anywhere near), nor any broken terminals that would give hint to one ever being there. Is there somewhere else the ground 101 would be located?

The ground wires for the ECM and for the DLC (diagnostic link connector) are all black wires. They share a common ground at G101 which is the ground in the left rear of the engine compartment on the engine wall behind the master cylinder reservoir.

My master cylinder reservoirs don't have any grounds near them, by engine wall I don't assume you mean the block but the the firewall. LX non vtec, I can try jumping a new ground from the ecu since I cannot seem the find the other end of the cable in the engine bay.

I think I found the ground 101, located on the end of the intake manifold (not on the thermostat or engine wall), I cleaned with a wire brush and tried starting. There was also a loose vaccuum line I reconnected and tightened with a zip tie. When I crank the engine, same original problem: starts, and then stops instantly. But now the only time a code 0 appears in when I tried to start it and it shuts off, while my key is still on II the solid check engine light appears.

Now heres the weird part, while extracting OBD1 codes, I am getting my code 15 (don't know why) again from the check engine light, but now also my ABS light is flashing giving me a code 1 8. 1 8 ABS code means high pressure system (not sure exactly what that means, high pressure in my hydraulic brake lines??) Now It seems I'm back to the beginning.
