Default Accord with H22 Swap, Code 41

At first my 1991 Accord w/ H22 swap was throwing codes 21 and 22. I took it to Honda and now it is throwing Code 41 Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater. If anyone has any advice please help.

You either have a bad o2 sensor or a break in the wiring for the o2 sensor. You will be ok driving the car with a 41.
