First is there a check engine light on, if so find out the code and start from there. If you have spark meaning you took out your spark plug wire and used a spark tester then we have 3 other issues. First is fuel, get a fuel pressure tester and see if you have fuel pressure, if not listen in your car and see if you here the fuel pump kicking on, if not replace fuel pump. If you have fuel pressure, you can test the resistance in your fuel injectors with an ohmmeter for proper ohm tolerance. Second Compression, test each cylinder to see if has proper compression, usually you can listen to the engine to see if it has compression.Third proper timing. Make sure number one cylinder is at TDC, it has to be on its down stroke, to tell this take the cap off the rotor and make sure the rotor is facing #1 spark plug. The cam should be lined up with the head, there are marks on the cam gear that align with the head. After that timing should be good. If everything checks out, swap a new computer in there, sometimes the evaporator drain will crack or brake and soak the ECU. Those are the first 3 major things to look at. After this it could be a number of things like your top dead position sensor in your dizzy or a bad tps. Let me know what you come up with

 

Funny thing you mention that, I did shoot some carb cleaner in it last night and it fired up..lol...Thats funny you mentioned that...But yeah, I'm thinking Fuel pressure, I can hear the pump prime so it's somewhere along the line or just a vacuum off....PM'ing you now!!!...
