Well isn't that cute...

Synchros though, synchromesh will help but it's pretty much just masking the problem. My integra gsr had the same problem from 2nd to 3rd when I was flooring it but it happened very rarely. Eventually the synchros will have to be replaced but synchromesh will extend the life of them for a good while.

Yeah man thats funny. Tara and I are still together though, movin to tampa soon

How pricey is it to do the syncros??

id say from being low on fluid for a while its slowly striped the clutch and the surface is worn on the clutch disk and its whats grinding might wanna look at getting a new clutch

Idk on that, it clearly grinds 2nd to third, only 6.5k and above. I don't feel anything else wrong clutch wise, it grabs hard and doesn't slip at all.

I really hope syncromesh helps. This car only has 115,000 on the clock, tranny can't be goin already

Bought some of this, now I just gotta find a jack that will actualy fit under the car.

^ Thats exactly what you need...make sure as much of the old fluid drains out as possible...it will probably take a day or so of driving before it actually starts to get better.

lol no, also syncromesh will only disguise your transmissions grind and make it worse in the long run. Up for trying to polish a turd.
