Whats the compression on it now? Whats the fuel pressure? Is the timing right?
If your compression isn't high enough the car will not start. Earlier you said you put oil in the cylinder and it tried to start. Sounds like the rings may not have been done right.

What made you rebuild the motor in the first place? Was it previously boosted? If so how many pounds?

Ok texting him now. He said comp was still 60 but when he put oil in it went to 120. Sounds like motor needs to be torn apart and have someone build it for you that has a few under their belt.

Whats the ring end gap? Did you clock the rings? Did you use a ring compressor to put the pistons in the block?

yes i used a ring compressor to put them in. um the gap not to sure about. i got tired of ls/v and no built a poor mans type r. timing is perfect. never boosted. got head back from machine shop. its perfect. valve job. resurface and pressure test along with seals. its fine. valve lash done by rang. fuel pressure when turnin on the car if im not mistaken is about 45. meant to be about high 30's at idle.if the rings werent done right then would the pressure make the oil that i put in be pushed thru the rings to the oil pan? there is still oil on top the piston that i put in from b4.
