yeah mine caught fine (as well as an ebay pos does) and it got worse the more i drove it. it's a 6 puck organic clutch, XTD stage 3 with a 12 lbs flywheel.

Well if it does this when the clutch is fully engaged (foot off pedal) then it wouldnt be the TB, its not spinning at all at that point, or the pilot bearing either. You could look into the input shaft bearing, perhaps it doesn't like torque on it..

If the flywheel was loose it would have done something by now. My flywheel loosened up a day after I put everything together. The bolts backed out and jacked themselves against my clutch, seizing it to the pressure plate and forcing it to be engaged all the time..ontop of some of the most horrible noises ive ever heard.

The clutch is probably slipping...its likely worn out to the metal rivets.

Thanks boostking

Allshow, read the thread b4 u post If it's so SIMPLE, why didn't you do it yourself

I did the clutch on my old LS-t making 260whp just fine Along with the turbo setup and suspension...etc etc etc etc...

I know what i'm doing, and like the guy above said, ITS NOT THE TB b/c the noise occurs when clutch pedal completely released and on the gas. I'm pretty sure i know what a bad TB sounds like.

But the clutch is NOT slipping.... SOOO, next opinion? Just a loud clutch ? lol
