so lets see here your swaping the needles and the transmission so i would generally expect at least 20 hp gain overall get it dynoed as soon as possible and let us all know peace dude.

you wont gain much maybe a few hp from the head swap..the only thing is it flows better..i have talked with the head mechanic down here at honda about it...waste of time unless you pick one up cheap.

 

i say just add some stickers. they add at least 10hp.
