i had vega tune my si back in the day. i had a similar set up but a skunk2 head and a gsr block reamed out. and didnt make the power i thought i would make as well.. odd

b16 just dont make the power i made 178whp on my first "AND ONLY" b16 it was 82mm ctr pistons,rev hbeam rods.Toda c cams,full rev head,stock intake,dc 4-2-1,2.25 Ex. on a pr3 none tuned ebay chipped 90 hatch the one in my gallery that was in 03,b16 is a motor for people starting out

looking it over did he have the after market valves reseated correctly?and if so did you reset your valve rocker adjustments from thos compression number it might want to be looked into
