Will f20 pistons work on LS rods with minor machine work?

I appreciate you trying to help...I'm just looking for a cheap alternative for pistons for my b20 build but I think I am not going to find one.

why is an f series motor even being brought up? no where in this entire thread mentioned anything about an f series until you decided to share the stock compression.

as for the OP goes, go on honda tech and look thru the all motor forum. there are a lot guys running B20 setups with aftermarket pistons and some of the piston options are reasonably priced. and if you're trying to stay cheap, always remember this:

Cheap, Fast, and Reliable.............Pick 2 of them because you can't have all 3....THE END

And if you read back I said that I got the info I needed already out of this post and that I wasn't going to try and go cheap. I am purchasing RS machine ITR replica pistons for the build. I kept this thread going in case someone had a similar question. All the info being covered is worth while. I asked originally about k20 (2.0L) pistons fitting...well the good people on TR also brought to my knowledge and probably quite a few others that no 2L pistons will be a swap in for the b20 block. As I said, the info is STILL USEFUL in this thread even though it covers topics I did not bring up. Thank you for your input.
