my tq curve went flat i think its broken...

For those who knew my car they knew I NEVER ran the car with the 280whp. That motor had stock 1.8 GS-R internals. I blew the shit out of the #3 piston about a year ago. Thats when I installed the Forged rods and pistons. Forged Rods and Pistons lowered the compression in turn lowering HP. It wasnt till then that I took my car to the track. The day I ran a 13.2 I ran 11-12psi on a un-tuned (stock timing/cam settings) Full interior with 17 Racing Hart C-2s and Falken ZE-502 tires (about bald).

About 2 weeks after running the 13.2 I had John Dyno the civic. We first made a run @ 8-9psi. 224whp. A/F was shitty. I stilled asked for 1 run @ 11-12psi so that I would know how much I was running when I pushed a 13.2. He honored my request. On the next run the car hit 250whp @ 11-12psi. Air fuel ratio was peaking @ 17-18:1. Enough to blow the motor if I continued. The car never saw more than 9psi ever again.

So a 13.2 with 250whp full interior 17s and all....with a 2.1 60 time. I didnt complain. The car had alot more potential and we all knew it unfortunatly my budget was dryed up. I spent $300 a month on car payments $100 a month on insurance and about $200 a month in repairs. $600 a month for a car I didnt drive much...but sure...it was only $2k from being finished....explain that to my wife.
