Ok... i think bone posted somethin like this a little while back:

In your opinion what is the cheapest easiest swap for a 91 CRX si? i say si only because of the mounts etc. And with that setup how much <ballpark> are you going to spend on motor labor and peripherals?

I ask because ive been planning on sellin my coupe for a while now to do this but id like to see if its in my budget or worth my while. Any info on the matter or E.T.s etc. is GREATLY appreciated.

D16Z6 Sohc VTEC. Probably under 1 grand depending on the deals you find.

Like Mr Self Destruct said a B-SERIES is going to be more cost effective in the end. Although the LS had no top end it was torquey and ran a 15.2 @ 91 mph with a hot air intake and an exahaust everything else stock.

B-series cost: B16a ($850-1200) b18a ($800-1100) mount kit ($400-500) weld the shift linkage (?? under $150). I found my B18a swap for $900 and the B16a swap for $850. HCP mount kit w/linkage for $400. Labor was done at home so I dont know how much that would cost.

Hope this somewhat helps.
