I would like to get there without slicks. thats why i wanted a street car one that i can drive to the track, race and drive home. Low 13's is my new goal though

Just read up on turbochargers and how they work. You cant always compare PSI to horsepower, theres not a set number of HP youll gain per pund of boost. There are big turbos, little turbos, how the car is tuned, supporting accessories for the turbo. This is a good place for information, just use the search function.

There are many routes you can go.
Buy Skee's built B18c5 and spray(best HP for the buck)
Ls B18b1 non vtec precision turbo, inline pro mani, custom downpipe so you still have A/c, greddy boost controller, the tune, approx 290-300 at 14 psi not to mention the intercooler Bov, wastegate, piping (ouch)
JDM GSR B18c skunk2 intake, header, no cat, tuned ( should be fast)
Average guy cant afford the K swap

You can easily break 300whp on 8-10lbs on a b16 and it be reliable. With that said, you can break 12's with that as well IF you can get it down the track without spinning. Flaco was running low 11's with around 440whp I think, and a friend with a LS Turbo hatch that put down 270 is running 12.9's
