Default type-r pistons in ls block?

will standard size type-r pistons fit into a sotck ls block? Not bore over any at all, just oem type-r pistons will it fit in an oem ls block?

Also another question will acl rod bearing fit on eagle h beam rods?

any help will be repped!

Yes they will, however the pistons will have to be milled on the inside to properly fit the ls rods. Do not mill the rod in any way...

I would also recommend arp rod bolts being installed & stretched properly.

If you are using eagle rods, buy some forged aftermarket pistons that use a floating wrist pin.

1. You need to figure out if your going to need to go to an oversized piston due to worn cylinders.
2. You need to figure out your target compression ratio.
3. You need to figure out what rods your going to use so you can accommodate them with the proper piston.
4. You need to start doing research by using google.com honda-tech.com search features.

did a little bit of research on ctr pistons on eagle ls rods, its possible but most of what im seeing is you have to get some machine work done to get them to fit right cuz they just wont "bolt up"

if i were you id find some stock ls rods and p30 pistons. there isnt any modification needed to use the two. get some arp rod bolts and new bearings from honda. any b16 piston will press onto an ls rod with no mods. but p30 gives a nice compression ratio. just my .02. sell the forged stuff. and use it to buy the other stuff plus some goodies.
