As long as you were to install ARP rod bolts onto a set of stock LS rods, I have seen and tuned setups running OEM honda rods run well into to 350WHP+ mark and last forever. So in your situation if you were to sell the H-beams and opp for a set of forged pistons even runnning 13:1 compression you will be NO WHERE NEAR 350WHP on a simple NA build and N20. But in the end its up to you and how much money you have to spend.

What KJ is trying to say is the trouble it takes to get a floating wrist pin to work with a press fit piston doesnt work for you in the end, as it is creating extra work on something that will fail 3 times faster then doing it the other way..

My advise.. you have the Eagle rods, now save up for some nice high compression forged (floating) pistons.. SRP is a brand off of JE, they are low cost and can still handle alot of abuse ranging from modderate nitrous to low boost applications.

BTW take your time and have fun with your build.. There will be no chance of rod knock as long as you spec you rod bearings correctly, as rod knock is the end result of a spun/damaged bearing due to impropper oil clearances, or someone being really dumb and reving a motor built for say- 8K all the way to 9K rpm's
