Rebuilding a engine swap.

What would you recommend be rebuilt or replaced after purchasing a engine swap? Most companies only sell a swap with a start-up warranty that doesnt cover the functionality of all moving parts. I want my engine to last after swapping it in. Thanks in advance for any replies.

dont forget accessory belts and valve adjustment with new valve cover gasket and spark plug gaskets.
