If i put some DOHC heads on my SOHC 95 ex motor...will this give me a significant amount of hp or torque? How hard would this be and is it pricey or should i save longer and just get a gsr swap?

Its not hard to do at all dont listen to these guys.
Basic hand tools are all that is needed. Remove your stock head and simply place the DOHC head on top of your block. Dont worry about bolting it back down either since gravity will hold it in place due to the weight of the added cam...

 

dont listen to these guys you will definitly want to use jb weld to hold that head down to the block... you could even use plumbers puddy.

 

Ah hell just run a 750 shot of nitrous and the explosion will weld the head to the block. Make sure you have a tape recorder placed about a mile away that way I can win a million dollars on americas funniest videos of people blowing shit up.

You guys are bad bad bad..Funny Thing is the poor guy will probably attempt to do what you said and when he goes to show his work to his friends and fellow car owners all they will see is a mess of duct tape zip ties and globs of JB-weld.
