220WHP All motor EG on the same slicks with a 4.7 FD would run like low 12's/ 11.9
The point is it would be a damn good race for the street, and the all motor is 100hp less!!

But thanks for your expertise in giving us detailed track #s, that might be pretty accurate, Im sure it would come down to the drvr.

But if this race were to go down, I have my money on the All Motor car.

And Yes I do know that turbo is way better than all motor, you guys are just going to come back with more reasons why turbo is the better route, this is TR, you can keep that to yourself, on this thread.

I personally prefer a NA motor over turbo, its different then going the turbo route. And for those who never been in a well built NA car, its very fun.

I STRONGLY disagree..

Taking OEM parts and using them in various combo's to make 200+ hp out of a N/A engine does not constatute "stock" Sorry.. I've owned and watched many of races with your thought of "stock" cars and its ugly.

Built can mean manythings.. Included using OEM parts to enhance the performance of your otherwise stock engine.

Turbos are the artificial breasts of the car world. There's nothing that compares to all natural.

Yep, There is nothing better than your all motor beating the F/I vehicle.

BoostedSRT does not know, and its to hard to explain, unless he expierences it, i feel sorry for you man, you sound very ignorant.

I never had any NA Hondas even remotely come close to running with my turbo'd honda. I had fully built NA setups in my ITR and I still say boost is better. I say that because you can leave your interior and radio and ac in a boosted car and still be fast...

but if you must stay na then its easy: high compression, cams, a good quality I/H/E and most importantly a good standalone.

I've driven well built all motor cars just the same as F/I cars ..

For outright speed there is no substiute to F/I . Sure All motor is nice etc etc but you spent all your money building your motor , rods , pistons , cams , valvesprings retainers , tunning , Intake manifold etc etc ..

I Gaurntee a Stock LS with a turbo kit will hang on your ass if not be in front of you ...

Now if I was to build a road race car . It would be All motor , because tractable powerband > peak on a road course ...
