Would need to re-sleeve block, Honda only recommends the .25mm overbore but people get away with .5mm. Anything more will weaken your sleeves.

Not to be rude but, you havent researched this have you?

Yeah, I knew the B20 but wasn't thinking about CR-V's when posting this

As for running a CRV piston, you can do it however the block will need to be sleeved. We are actually running low compression CRV pistons in a race motor we are building.
