alright, i finally drilled the lug nut out(and fucked my SI rim+centercap hardcore), but now i need to know how do i get the stud out?

do i take off the 2 phillips screws on the hub? or the huge nut in the center of the hub? thanks.

there are pics of me taking the lugnut off. havent got the stud out yet because i dont have a big enough socket...

 

OUCH, damn man, i just realized your in madeira beach lol... im like 1 minute away..coulda came over and helped out, i did nothing all day today, just lounged....damn that mess man, how deep are the nicks in the rim?

 

this happend to me....i just used a carbide drill bit and a impact drill , and drilled the fuck out of it , and didnt even scratch my wheel.

 

we went through like 5 steel drill bits, they kept snapping because we werent trying to drill straight into the stud, but at the base of the stud and lugnut.

the knicks and scratches mostly came from my dad using a hammer to try and break the lugnut off after we drilled it most of the way.

where do you live?
The nicks arent THAT bad, but the centercap is definitly fucked. im sure i can sand it, and kinda 'buff it out'. i have to look at it some more before i decide what ill do.

maybe ill just get some gram lights 57c's and call it a day...haha

you need a carbide bit , the studs are hardend treated metal , AKa hard as fuck , you need like a 12 $ drill bit....

also , try a really small one first , then gradually move up in size,

 

well, i already got that shit off, now i need ONE si rim, and a centercap. where the fuck am i gonna get ONE rim?
