Default the best audible alarm

The best audible alarm is a 1/4 stick of dynamite under the seat, wired
to 5 ignition-on micro switches with a 6th micro switch to
start the car. This only works for people who have a good memory.

1.that thief will never steal another car after your audible alarm goes off.
2.a thief has only a 16 per cent chance of picking the right switch.
Disclaimer: the above was an attempt at humor, do not
try this at home.

Seriously, I would help out a non-handy person with a kill switch
of my own design, for whatever they believe to be a fair price;
just because I don't think people should have their ride stolen.
pm me.-Bob

i saw how they did it and its nothing too ingenious about it, combine this with an alarm and a manual kill switch, i dont see much happening
Man that would be awesome. I would like to do that with mine someday.

it's a secondary door lock actuator that is hooked to a solid bar and wired to the alarm just like the door locks, if you do this ( I might as it's a decent idea) then make sure when your alarm looses power ( battery is disconnected) the door locks don't automatically unlock. Some older cars with factory power locks would do this, but I don't know if the newer cars with factory power would or if the alarms put out the unlock signal if power is cut via a lockout preventative capacitor.

I had 2 in my SS camaro. I had an ignition cutoff and fuel cutoff switches. Both were well hidden and cost less then $100 total in parts and about 2 hours worth of time. Best investment you can make.
