Smaller exhaust housing=fast spool time, lower numbers.
Bigger exhaust housing=a little laggy, but the power is worth it

A stock Srt-4 turbo has about a quarter sized exhaust housing Explaining why im at 19lbs by 2200rpm ...Thats a example

oh and just so you know.. psi doesnt = power. flow = power. A small turbo at 20psi wont make as much power as a large turbo at 10psi. There are many things to consider when choosing a turbo. Id suggest that you get a little more familiar with turbos before putting one on your car. Learn how they work and what the numbers mean. then choose which one you think would work best for your application.

Maybe with a 2" exhaust you will see full boost by 5,300RPM with a T3/T04E 57 trim or SC34E Whoever told you that though was incorrect. If you can afford it I would recommend a Precision GT2871RLE. If you can't afford it I would recommend an SC-5031E. Good luck.
