Default Best turbo to run on a DD GSR?

I have an EK with a GSR, and after talking with a few people, some reccomended a t3/t04e 57 trim/.63 ar(precision sc34 or a garrett).. but then others said no, because of lag (full boost at 5300~)

It made sense, because my car barelly sees 5k on a daily basis..

Anyone have any other suggestions? I was shooting for 250-280whp~

the sc34 or 44 are great and they spool sooner than that, SOHCs run both of those.

the .63AR would be the laggier of the 2 ARs, the other being a .48

i have seen a gsR dyno by jeff evans, and it was on a customers STOCK gsR and it had a .48 exhaust housing and make well over 250, just on the brink of 300 with ease

im still not sure what the exhaust housing numbers mean.. the smaller the number means the smaller the hole is on the exhaust side?

Why would it spool sooner because of that?

The smaller the exhaust AR the smaller the snail on the exhaust side.. which means less power but faster spool time.
