I started to peice together a turbo kit for my 91 Civic hb with a D15b2. I am gonna go with the DSM T25 (T25 are quick to spool and usually die out on top end so its more for acceleration then top speed). As long as you get a good tune theres no reason why a D15 can't handle a decent amount of boost. I think Doc Boost on homemadeturbo.com even ran 15psi at one time on his D15.
