try adjusting your idle screw which can be found on your t/b, if that doesn't work, try taking off your IACV (which is found on your intake manifold.) and shooting it with some brake parts cleaner, let it dry then slap it back on see what happens.

any check engine lights on in the car? very well could be the IACV, usually the culprit

or the throttle cable needs some LUBE! with 200,xxx+ on the clock it could just be a little stiff, next time when you pull up to the light and it does it stick your foot under the pedal and pull back, see if it stops

IACV= Idle Air Control Valve... i believe that its either on the back of the intake manifold or on the right hand side... could be wrong though... should be an easy fix... my hatch does the same thing after i beat on it... i dont mind it though... it sounds pretty bad ass with the exhaust IMO...lol

i had a 94 prelude s with about 160K on it and it did the same thing for about a week... then it just rendomly died on me for about a week. then it died right around the corner from my house... had it towed to the mechanics because i couldnt figure it out and everything everyone on TR was saying wasnt working... ended up being the o2 sensor???? i wasnt aware that i bad o2 sensor could make the car do that but ... maybe my car was "special"
goodluck fixing it.
