this was actually a while ago.... over last summer i think. i was just curious what everyone thought.
i have a 94 prelude S (f22a) with basically no mods (k&n filter and a muffler... due to rebuilding a h22a for turbo)
i pulled up next to a white newer prelude... i think the guy said it was a 99... anyways, they are vtecs.

he guns it and i didnt realize we were "racing"
the next light comes up pretty quick so this time i am ready. i am kinda curious about the newer preludes compared to the older ones.

off the line i take him by almost a car length and keep it through 2nd gear. once 3rd hits he is going passed me quickly.. before i know it he is a car ahead of me. im at his back bumper til about 80 and then we slow down. he had an intake. he beat me but i was impressed with how low little engine ran compared to the newer lude vtecs.

i have actually heard bad things about them... that they are slower and less powerfull and heavier then the 92-96 lude vtecs.???
