Default Tranny Questions!! NEED HELP

Aight so here's my setup..

98 Ex tranny on a 95 motor.. w/ a 99 ex head... The transmittion is in great shape only had 30,000 miles on it when i got it..... I was driving tonight aproximatelly 30 minutes ago when all of a sudden i hear this noise when i pull up to the drive way. IM like WTF? so i imideatelly step out side to see what the problem is. seems to sound like rocks in my tranny, just picture the sound, not very loud. so i go inside rev it, and noise persist, so i push down my clutch pedal and noise goes away. let it go and i get that little rocks moving around kinda sound..... I have a stage 1 street strip clutch w/ a HEavy duty pressure plate... This is pissing me off cause my car is in emaculate conditions, and i am just about to get rid of it for a newer car and now i get this.. 40 minutes ago i just got off the phone bragging about how great the tranny is w/ the setup and everything and now i have this noise.. can anyone please advise me as to what the problem might be.. Any help would be great, i dont want the person im going to sell that car to think im some scam artist or lier... thanks in advance...
