You cant be beating to much of anything with a EG (is it hatch, coupe or 4 door?), 1.6 SOHC (I'm guessing) and a 2.75" exhaust! Your lucky it comes out of first gear with that big ass exhaust. With an exhaust that big it should pull harder up top and not pull at all lower. Unless of course you used crushed bends

Hes got bigger exhaust then most of you turbo sissies. woot woot. You have a 0.750 5th gear with a 4.250 final drive....what more do you expect?

 

i have the coupe civic 1.6 v-tec for those asking, the cars got a big exhaust for the turbo swap comin up soon, wanted to get the bugs worked out sooner but seeing how mother earth is the culprit of my problems i guess i cant do shit huh? i still think it mite be something in my fuel injection system, cuz its like a drastic change from 4th to 5th, not a simple rpm drop i mean like bucking and bogging down drastically i at least drop 5-10mph as soon as i shift
