acl bearing are honda green bearings, if its over or under you would just get the bearing color from honda that puts you in spec

thats a waste of a gsr block...IMO but good luck with the LS/VTEC, they make good power, for all motor.

gsr's rev high. but not with a LS crank. why not use a $50 LS block and not a $350 gsr block. waste of $$$$. a main stud girdle won't save your ROD bearings.

Whats wrong with spray? I could take a bone stock GSR motor with a 75 shot and wax alot of built GSR's ass. I tried to help Nick 3 motors ago. I just hate to see people spend all this money and have things turn out like they do. Alot of bad advise around.
