ls/vtec cam question
Wow, I am supprised Niel didnt recommend them, I have never met him or seen any of his work, but from what I hear he is a good guy.
It has pretty much become an industry standard to use ARP rod bolts when building an ls/vtec.
They retail for 40-50$.

I just saw some Buddy Club cams dyno. They were dynoed back to back against ctr's and Dynamic autosport A's. All three sets were tuned. Killed the CTR cams all over (The buddy club cams have modified primary lobes like some toda's), and beat the Dynamics all the way up till 8k rpm's when the dynamics got a couple. Looks like a good set of cams, they peak below 8500 which would be good for you and they cost a little under $600. Dyno testing was done by Omniman of former Skunk2 fame. Looks like they will work with itr valvesprings too.
