ls/vtec cam question

ls/vtec cam question

what cams are good for an ls/vtec. im currently using usdm itr cams . is it worth upgrading to a toda cam even though i only rev the motor to 8k? i know those cams are good for high revving. any info will be appreciated

well even if you only rev to 8k, the profile on the cam has to be a little better, dunno if it's worth upgrading though, ITR cams are sick.

Id go with the itr intake and ctr ex. Thats a nice integra you have by the way.

last i checked the ctr and itr exhaust cams were identical. its the intake cam that is different
