i say ctr intake in itr ex cam. not worth upgrading depending on your compression and internals.

i think you should stick with the honda cams, you can upgrade to stage1 skunk 2 cam, skunk clams that its a little bit more aggressive then the ctr. dont do todas unless you clay test the motor.

On a factory itr valve train (valve springs & retainers) I wouldnt go with anything more agressive then a toda spec a or skunk2 stage 1 cam profile.

If you're compression is going to be mid 11s upgrade your valvetrain and get some Skunk2 Stg 2s, then rev that bitch to 9 or higher.
