Suspension is a BIG factor in the 1/4, i don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

I was simply informing him that it is not required to spend his money on suspension to be in the 13s.

Motormounts & suspension upgrades HELP a lot,
so does slicks & aftermarket axles.

I agree, but slicks are track only, i would imagine he wants to keep his track times relatively close to his street times, maybe some drag radials instead. IMO suspension is ALWAYS a good idea, no matter what the intentions.

Falken Azenis are great tires except they're rain performance failed to impress me.

I choose to run street tires over drag radials for daily driving & track driving.

Not speaking from personal experience here, but a very good friend of mine runs Azenis and he said they're fucking awesome in the rain. Another friend of mine said his Nitto DRs were also great in the rain, once again not my experience, just trusted words.

When I first bought my azenis I didnt notice any lack of performance in the rain. As soon as I put about 2k on them & drove in the rain I was totaly shocked at how they reacted compared to a normal street tire.

Concerning nitto & bfgs I have no idea, they are too expensive & wear out too quick.

With you on that one, DRs go far far too quickly for me to mess with em.

LSD, Traction bars and Suspension.....I have some Tokico blues if your interested. I can take you for a ride in my car and show you how traction bars and an LSD help (in 2nd @ 7k).....but I would honestly suggest that. I have OEM suspension and run some shitty times, but I also launch like a pussy cause I dont wanna break anything. Here's a check list

LSD (I suggest Quaife)
Traction Bars ( I have Lakewood and they work great)
Suspension (preference...up to you)
275 HP axels (with LSD take your WHP devide it by 2 and that is the HP axels you need, w/o LSD use the total WHP)

Hope this helps
